The heart of the house
The covered panoramic terrace brings together a large outdoor dining table for the whole group and a chill-out lounge. This is where breakfasts linger, dinners are celebrated and the sun sets over the Atlantic.
Pool and gardens
A private pool framed by mature palm trees, a sun deck with loungers and gardens to unwind with no neighbours in sight. Nearby: a covered built-in barbecue and a multi-sport area for basketball, football, mini-golf or archery.
Interiors
Seven spacious bedrooms (six exterior, four overlooking the pool and two facing the mountain) and two bright living rooms, the main one with a fireplace and large windows. Air conditioning and heating in six bedrooms and both living rooms.
The Annex
A self-contained space with a lounge, full kitchen, double sofa bed and private bathroom. Perfect for grandparents, a couple or anyone wanting extra privacy without being apart from the rest.

Up to 14 guests, across 7 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and 1 guest toilet. Babies under 2 years old do not count towards occupancy. Room access is organised according to the number of registered guests (generally one bedroom per two adults), and for groups of 1 to 6 people a minimum of 3 bedrooms is always made available. If your group would like to use more bedrooms than your booking allows, an additional charge applies.
Yes. The villa sleeps up to 14, but it is just as comfortable for groups of 8 to 12. Bedrooms are opened according to the number of guests in the booking (generally one room per two adults) and the price is based on the number of registered guests, so you never pay for beds you will not use.
If your group would like to use more bedrooms than allocated for your booking's number of guests, a daily supplement applies. Get in touch and we'll let you know the cost.
Yes, we have up to 2 cots and 2 high chairs available at no extra cost. Just let us know when booking or write to us in advance so they're ready for your arrival.
No, pets are not allowed at the villa.
Villa Mirador de Arucas is designed for the enjoyment and peace of mind of our guests. For this reason, parties or events exceeding the number of registered guests are not allowed. Likewise, visits from people outside the booking are not permitted without the host's prior consent (in which case an additional cost will apply). As the property is fairly secluded, you'll enjoy plenty of freedom, but we do ask that from 10:00 pm onwards you keep the noise and intensity down a little. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the stay being cancelled with no refund.
Check-in is from 3:00 pm, and check-out must be completed by 10:00 am on the day of departure.
Yes, a €500 deposit is required, taken as a pre-authorisation on your credit card (or bank transfer) one day before arrival. It is released in full within a maximum of 2 days after check-out, once it has been confirmed that the villa is in the same condition as it was handed over.
All guests must be registered, regardless of age. Guests over 14 must present a valid ID document (national ID, passport or TIE) and sign the police registration form. Guests under 14 must also be registered (providing their details and their relationship to the accompanying adult), but they do not need their own document or signature — their details are provided by the responsible adult. In addition to the ID document, contact details (phone or email) and home address are also requested.
Yes, a private pool for the exclusive use of your group, surrounded by palm trees and with a sun terrace, set within a 5,000 m² plot. Pool towels are provided at the villa. Please note the pool is not heated.

Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the house. It is only allowed outdoors, taking care not to damage the outdoor furniture or the lawn.
